This video was shown at the United Nations Secretariat on 3 April, 2012 at the first session of the launch ceremony following speeches by former US Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright, UN Undersecretary General Lynn Pascoe, OAS Assistant Secretary General Albert Ramdin and Ambassador Janez Lenarčič, Director of OSCE's Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
